BY PURCHASING ANY ARTWORK FROM ME, YOU ARE STATING
THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.I WILL WORK UNDER THE ASSUMPTION
THAT YOU HAVE READ MY T.O.S.I obtain the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service.

1.1 Provide all necessary reference materials for your artwork. Visual references and written references are suitable, I recommend compiling the references into a pdf or google drive file; If the written reference is too vague/complex enough for me to work with, I give myself the right to add a charge to the order and will contact you to better understand the design.

1.2 Any reference provided is obtained legally and with use authorized by the customer.

1.3 The client agrees to not use my work for NFTs and Artificial Intelligence of any kind

1.4 For the protection of both artist and client, payment must be made before I start the artwork, for more information on refunds and methods, continue reading. Prices are USD.

1.5 I have the right to refuse a job, whether due to its content, subject or other reasons, if I wish to refuse a job, the client will be notified.

1.6 While the artwork is in production, the client can request prints of updates, but I strongly ask that there are no exaggerations so as not to interfere with my work. I will submit a sketch prior to payment for future changes and will voluntarily provide updates and feedback.

1.7 Communication must occur throughout the process, from initial ideas, updates, etc. The mainly chat used are discord, twitter and emails, maintaining the discretion of the artist and the client. The client agrees that the means of communication used is to discuss relevant matters related to the project. Both parties have the right to reject other topics.

1.8 If there is a lack of response for a long period of time, the project must be cancelled.

2.1 If a customer wants a refund they will receive 100% of the amount if I have not yet started the artwork, no refund is possible after five days of payment unless initiated by me due to some issue .

2.2 The payment methods I currently accept is Paypal and Transfer. I can discuss using some others, but my preference is these. I can pay in up to 2 installments as long as there is proof that the installment was defined before sending the invoice.

2.3 I will never use your personal information or name beyond payment forms, and I will never share or mention it to you (unless there is a problem with it) or anyone else without your express permission.

2.4 If a customer wants to cancel the commission even without the possibility of a refund, the art will be delivered up to the point at which it was made.

2.5 When paying an invoice sent to you, you automatically accept that you are paying for a digital product/service. You also agree to desist from any chargeback attempt as you are confirming your access to and/or ownership of the payment account related to the email provided. You also confirm that you own this account and the money or have permission to use it in full.

2.6 Any attempt at a refund will be considered bad faith on the part of the buyer and will result in the automatic loss of rights to the character/art made, and the customer will be added to a list of no longer accepted customers.If you use the digital product after obtaining a refund, you are fully aware of the possibility of legal action.The seller will also have full rights to resell the character design/recycle the artwork if a refund is made.

3.1 If there are any delays or adjustments to wait times, I will let you know.

3.2 Two major revisions/changes can be made during the sketch period, after the lineart is made, only minor revisions will be allowed, such as colors and small errors made by me.

3.3 Additional fees will be charged for extra modifications and please keep in mind that changes may affect delivery time

4.1 I own all rights to the artwork I create, as well as the rights to publish my artwork wherever I deem necessary to promote myself or my art. However, if the customer chooses to keep this commission private, whether for a certain period of time, they must mention this during the ordering process. Privacy fees change based on the type and complexity of the commission, to compensate for the lack of advertising.

4.2 You may use your commissioned artwork for personal use, but you may not claim that you created it or use it commercially

4.3 The commissions I make are for personal use and can be used as profile icons, gifts, posts on personal social media. They should not be used in any commercial or promotional manner. If the customer wants to use it commercially, they must contact me to discuss commercial rates.

By submitting the order and filling in the "Yes, I agree" blank when submitting the form, the customer agrees to these terms.
